Obiettivi: <\/b><\/span>fornire ai partecipanti strumenti tecnico\/operativi per un loro efficace inserimento nel mercato del lavoro e mira a preparare professionalmente coloro che dovranno gestisce le operazioni che consentono il corre<\/span>tto funzionamento di una struttura che, a vario titolo, ospita ed utilizza equidi per la realizzazione delle proprie attivit\u00e0 (allevamento, stazione di monta, maneggio, scuderia, centro sportivo, etc.). I tecnici cos\u00ec formati si occupano della salute e mantenimento degli animali, nonch\u00e9 dell’organizzazione <\/span>dei servizi previsti dall’azienda, coordinando anche il lavoro degli altri addetti presenti nella struttura.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sbocchi occupazionali:<\/b><\/span> Gli ambiti in cui pu\u00f2 andare ad operare sono molteplici e vanno dalle scuderie agli allevamenti, dai maneggi alle strutture sportive, alle scuole di equitazione.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Gestione degli alloggi e del benessere dell’animale (UC 1855)<\/b><\/span>: Predisporre gli ambienti e le<\/span> condizioni necessari per lo sviluppo, il ricovero e l’utilizzo dell’animale, nel rispetto delle normative vigenti e garantendo la migliore situazione finalizzata alla crescita e permanenza<\/span> dell’animale<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Gestione delle attivit\u00e0 che coinvolgono utenti esterni e personale della struttura (UC 1856): <\/b><\/span>Accogliere e far avvicinare agli animali e alle attrezzature del centro ippico utenti esterni e operatori, nel rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e delle esigenze degli animali<\/span> stessi<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Organizzazione e gestione della struttura (UC 1857)<\/b><\/span>: Ideare e pianificare attivit\u00e0 che prevedono l’impiego degli equidi, coordinando gli addetti presenti nel centro e garantendo la massima sicurezza nella loro<\/span> realizzazione<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Allevamento del cavallo; 2. Addestramento del cavallo; 3. Gestione della sicurezza; 4. Organizzazione delle attivit\u00e0 ippiche; 5. Gestione amministrativa.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Andamento del corso. <\/span><\/span> All\u2019esame finale sono stati ammessi 10 degli 11 iscritti. Tutti lo hanno superato conseguendo cos\u00ec la qualifica professionale regionale di <\/span><\/span>Tecnico dell\u2019organizzazione e gestione di strutture per l\u2019allevamento, l\u2019accoglienza e l\u2019impiego degli equidi <\/i><\/span><\/span>(n.424 del repertorio regionale)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
